Although we couldn't quite ignore its uneven screen uniformity, the Samsung HL-T5687S still makes a compelling alternative to flat-screen wallet-busters at this size.

The WS-55711 is an outstanding performer and as future ready as any HDTV around, but it's not for the budget-conscious.

While the Sony KDS-R60XBR2 has a picture that's essentially identical to its less-expensive SXRD stablemate, the prodigious feature set on this 60-inch HDTV will attract buyers who must have it all.
|
The Mitsubishi WD-65831 may be expensive, but its standout picture quality, sleek design, and superb feature set make it worth the price to high-end buyers.
|
This is one of the best small, entry-level, HD-ready, rear-projection TVs available.
