Won't work

Pros: None. Looks good and it's small but won't connect.
Cons: I have just spent 1 hour talking to HP and they transfered me 4 time to a department that is not open on weekends. 1 hour of talking to people with broken English. No one could get me to the correct department.
Summary: Sending it back and HP lost my business. I need customer service.
