"no live support,getting help is impossible"

Pros: i gave this product a good rating the first time but after learning that explorer wouldnt open after downloading i could get no help.my advice is dont delete anything this program finds. there is no option to backup and once you download once it remembers yor settings forever so you cant uninstall and reinstall if there is a problem.

Cons: no support or very little if one can find it.

"Caused serious problem"

Pros: I didn't get a chance to find out.

Cons: The newest version (later than the one at Download.com) locked up my PC. If you try it, SET A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT BEFORE INSTALLING. You may need it.

Pros: Found more spyware than any other product (free or free trial of paid) I've ever used. Easy-to-use, nice enough interface, stellar protection.

"Does it all with a simple interface."

Pros: This program offers auto-quarantine and remove or allow files at my discretion. It has the most intuitive interface I've used to date. All free...plus if I want all the bells and whistles it only costs me $12.....beat that....I dare ya! Kuddo's to the chef....
