HP Labs says it has come up with a way to pack more dense memory chips together into devices, which could give flash memory a run for its money in a couple of years. Memristors were thought to be only a theory when a young UC Berkeley professor first wrote about them 37 year ago. CNET News.com's Michael Kanellos tells Erica Ogg what this breakthrough could mean.
